Job summary

Echo Design and Integration (EDI) in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Estimator to support project teams with estimates, production plans, and job documentation for parts and assemblies. You will review RFQs, BOMs, and drawings, gather cost data, and coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and shop personnel to keep projects on schedule and under control.

Role requires hands-on experience with JobBOSS or similar ERP/MRP systems, strong Excel skills, and ability to

Qualifications

Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 preferred.
Five or more years of experience in manufacturing estimating, planning, machining, fabrication, production control, or project support.
Experience with detailed estimates, routings, bills of material, and job travelers.

Responsibilities

Prepare estimates, production plans, and job documentation for parts and assemblies.
Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials with project teams.
Gather labor, material, and lead-time data for estimates.
Prepare draft estimates and quote documentation for management review.
Create/update routings, BOMs, job travelers, and ERP records.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and shop personnel.
Track material, tooling, and lead-time requirements and communicate updates.
Maintain quote history and estimated-versus-actual costs.
Assist with revisions, change orders, scheduling updates, and other project support.
