Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing engineering role: Level 2/3/Sr as listed in the qualifications.
• Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, and specifications to develop work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing work instructions for hardware processes: inspection, fabrication, assembly, test, and integration.
• Manage build sequence, cost, quality, and schedule across manufacturing lifecycle.
• Review drawings, approve manufacturing processes, and make go/no-go decisions.
• Lead test procedures and operate automated test equipment.
• Generate, manage, and close NCs rapidly.
