Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, mechanical, technical, or related fields.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision when following fabrication, assembly, manufacturing processes, and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and ability to interpret and execute technical instructions, blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Ability to take direction from engineers or senior technicians while contributing to planning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supports all technical aspects of engineering fabrication and testing.
• Maintains, inspects, and recommends upkeep of physical facility plant.
• Performs technician functions in support of engineering projects and testing objectives.
• Support project managers or engineers in accomplishing technical and programmatic functions as assigned.
• Perform to completion specific projects assigned by the project manager or engineering staff.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
