Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• 2+ years of related technical management and/or technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs advanced technology development/engineering organization.
• Oversees budgets and resource plans for the organization and development projects.
• Defines future factory vision, and strategy.
• Interfaces with internal/external customers and suppliers to define priorities and remove roadblocks.
• Manages performance plans and evaluates employee progress.
• Ensures product development meets life-cycle requirements and customer design needs.
