Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Data analytics capabilities and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong communication skills and RCCA experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops processes and equipment to uphold quality, reliability, and safety standards.
• Reviews quality system design to ensure decision integrity.
• Analyzes requirements to develop methods and metrics for quality goals.
• Evaluates nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment dispositions.
• Conducts scientific evaluations, audits, and analyses.
• Tests and approves products, processes, and measurement systems.
• Ensures configuration management and participates in design reviews for quality objectives.
• Performs root cause analyses and supports corrective actions.
• Interfaces with employees, suppliers, customers, and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Utilizes statistical methods to maintain safety and process capability.
