Job summary

Triumph Systems, Electronics and Controls in West Hartford, CT, is seeking an Electronics Product Support Engineer to provide operations engineering support from design to manufacturing. This role interfaces with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure reliability and performance of electronic engine controls and related products.

The candidate will troubleshoot, perform root cause investigations, and lead engineering changes for improved reliability, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Requires a BSME or equivalent aerospace degree.
• Minimum 5 years electronics experience in design, development or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret designs, PCBA files, and schematics.
• Experience with aerospace engine controls and root cause analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft program technical support activities and resolve in-service electronic issues.
• Represent Triumph technically to airlines, OEMs, and MRO customers.
• Lead test planning, validation, and documentation for product reliability and service bulletins.
• Prepare and present technical materials to customers and internal teams.
