Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 months of hands-on electronics assembly or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with hand tools and small electronic components.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical components on a fast-paced production line.
• Build circuit boards, cables, wire harnesses, modules, and other subassemblies from engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Cut wire and vinyl tubing to specified lengths according to assembly docs.
• Operate wire crimping tools; inspect terminals and crimps for quality.
• Perform hand soldering and other soldering operations per workmanship standards.
• Install components onto PCBs; install connectors with correct polarity and pinouts.
• Utilize solder pots for pre-tinning when required; combine components into completed assemblies.
• Inspect finished work for compliance with docs, quality requirements, and standards.
• Maintain accurate production documentation; follow manufacturing and quality procedures.
• Meet production schedules and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
