Aerotek is seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembler – Electronics for an onsite role in Everett, WA. The position focuses on assembling, modifying, and testing complex electronic assemblies in an aerospace environment.

Key tasks include wiring harness assembly, precision hand soldering, and interpreting wiring diagrams. This contract-to-hire role offers setup to potential full-time employment and requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with complex wire harness assembly.
• Strong hand soldering and de-soldering skills.
• Ability to interpret schematics and drawings.
• Experience with tools, microscopes and precision assembly.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses, cables and electronic assemblies.
• Perform precision hand soldering and rework.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
• Build layouts and perform continuity checks.
• Strip, tin, bend, terminate, and install wiring and components.
• Modify, rework and test assemblies as needed.
• Support and train lower-level assemblers.
• Follow safety, quality and productivity standards.
