Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or government operations.
• Proficient with OSHA regulations and occupational health programs.
• Experience managing workers' compensation and medical surveillance.
• Strong incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, local, and customer safety requirements.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Track safety metrics, incidents, and corrective actions.
