Job summary

American Flowform and Machining seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead and implement world-class safety and regulatory programs in our aerospace machining facility. You will design, oversee, and elevate EHS processes to align with corporate standards and defense/aerospace requirements.

You will manage risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and emergency plans; ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance; collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing (aerospace/precision machining preferred).
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts and ITAR/EAR data exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and implement safeguarding for heavy machinery.
• Maintain EHS records, OSHA logs, trainings, and SDS for audit readiness.
• Lead incident investigations and CAPA; monitor TRIR/DART metrics.
• Develop and deliver EHS training; promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and HR to integrate safety into practices.
