Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst for an onsite role in Middlesex, NC. You will support environmental, health, safety, and security programs for about 105 employees, with primary focus on the Aerospace Safety program and an $8 million expansion project at the Middlesex site.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of project experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong knowledge in EPA, OSHA, NFPA & DOT federal, state, and local regulations.
• This position requires U.S. person status under ITAR; no immigration sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates residing in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop risk assessments and site-specific safety plans, and integrate EHS requirements into procedures.
• Conduct onboarding of contractors with site-specific training.
• Lead daily toolbox talks with contractor teams.
• Perform daily site assessments and inspections.
• Assist in EHS permitting requirements related to the expansion.
• Own incident investigations and identify corrective actions addressing root causes.
• Support EHS Manager with Environmental, Safety, and Health compliance programs.
