Eaton is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst to be onsite at our Middlesex, NC location. This role supports environmental, health, safety, and security efforts for a team of about 105 employees and an $8 million expansion project.

The position offers relocation assistance for qualified U.S. residents and a salary range of $86,000 to $126,000 per year, depending on experience and market conditions. Equal opportunity employer and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of project experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong knowledge in EPA, OSHA, NFPA & DOT federal, state, and local regulations.
• U.S. work authorization; employer sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations coinciding with Eaton.
• Own the development and completion of required pre-qualification documents including Risk Assessment Processes, Site Specific Safety Plans, and integration of EHS requirements into Method of Procedures.
• Conduct onboarding of contractors with site specific training.
• Lead daily toolbox talks with contractor team.
• Perform all necessary daily site assessments and inspections.
• Assist in EHS permitting requirements that coincide with the expansion.
• Ownership of incident investigations and identify corrective actions that address root causes.
• Support EHS Manager for all Environmental, Safety, and Health compliance programs.
