Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ESS division is seeking an EHS Analyst at the Jonesville, SC site. You will support development and improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and partner with site leadership to drive compliance and a proactive safety culture.

The role involves data management in EHS platforms, conducting risk assessments, coordinating investigations, and supporting ISO 14001 actions and emergency response activities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR 1 year of experience in environmental, health and safety.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.
• No relocation assistance; local candidates within 50 miles of Jonesville, SC.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental discipline.
• OSHA & Environmental compliance management experience.
• Active involvement with Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
• Strong EHS background with emphasis on environmental programs.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments including fabrication and welding operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to complete annual EHS compliance evaluation for regulations.
• Use Benchmark to manage injuries, environmental metrics, risk assessments, and action items.
• Ensure EHS controls are in place and PM program is followed; close actions timely.
• Support security, workstation, ergonomic assessments and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate IH assessments (noise, hex chrome, welding) and medical evaluations.
• Attend incident investigations and manage timely closure of corrective actions.
• Assist with layered process audits for EHS processes and ensure findings closure.
• Manage ISO 14001 actions using a project plan and provide weekly status updates.
• Support problem solving and tier meetings for value streams.
• Support Emergency Response Team.
