Job summary

Enjet Aero is seeking an Engineering Technician to support EDM operations in our precision aerospace manufacturing environment. You will develop setup sheets, write and maintain work instructions, and ensure compliance with quality standards during production.

You will read and interpret G-code, set up EDM equipment, and lead training for operators while maintaining meticulous quality records. Join a team focused on safety, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery of critical components.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDM processes in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and G-code.
• Familiar with documentation and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve work instructions and process documentation.
• Set up and operate EDM machines per requirements.
• Identify and correct machine issues to maintain quality.
• Interpret G-code and adjust programming for performance.
• Train production staff on EDM processes and inspection techniques.
• Maintain travelers, inspection records, and process control documents.
• Support NADCAP and AS9100 audits and continuous improvement.
• Perform precision measurements with metrology tools.
• Uphold safety and quality policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
