Job summary

Enjet Aero is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Engineer to design production methodology, fixtures, and CNC programs using NX. You will generate blueprints and setup sheets for shop use and verify processes with Vericut simulations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing/machining, 3- to 5-axis machining experience, and familiarity with aluminum, stainless, titanium, and nickel alloys. Some travel for training may be required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/machining environment.
• Experience with 3-, 4-, 5-axis milling, turning, and multi-function machines.
• Knowledge of Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium, and Nickel alloys.
• Experience with NC/CNC programming and CAM/modules.

Responsibilities

• Determine production methodology for parts.
• Design fixturing and create drawings.
• Write CNC code using NX and customer models.
• Validate processes with Vericut simulation.
• Create blueprints and setup sheets for shop use.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
