Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking an Engineering Process Technician to provide hands-on technical support for aerospace and industrial gas turbine manufacturing. You will develop and maintain CNC EDM programs, support equipment, perform evaluations, and help implement solutions to improve performance.

This role requires CNC fast-hole drilling and sinker EDM experience, the ability to read technical documents, and collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in a relevant technical field required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of engineering technician experience in aerospace or industrial gas turbine environments preferred.
• Experience with CNC fast-hole drilling and sinker EDM processes required.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and operating instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop CNC EDM programs for fast-hole drilling and sinker EDM systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for setup, calibration, and operation of equipment.
• Develop operating instructions and checklists for processes and materials.
• Perform measurements, analyze data, and present findings to internal customers.
• Support compliance with ISO 9000 and other quality systems.
