Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience auditing documents and organizing records is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paper documents.

Responsibilities

• Audit documents for legibility and accuracy by type.
• Route audit failures to the appropriate departments for correction.
• Maintain audit records and track document locations.
• Un-staple, organize, scan, re-staple, and file documents.
• Ensure special handling requirements are completed (e.g., First Article Flags).
• File documents according to type and retrieve them reliably.
• Use PPE and maintain good attendance as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
