Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or program management.
• Strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills.

• Familiarity with demand planning tools and SIOP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish a timely 24-month rolling demand forecast (units & sales value) monthly.
• Analyze historical demand, filter out exceptions, apply statistical forecasting, communicate variance, propose improvements.
• Actively manage risks, support on-time customer delivery, and identify volatility areas.
• Interface between Program Management, Customer Support, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement.
• Participate in monthly SIOP meetings, review forecasts and supply chain plans, optimize inventories.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias, implement enhancements, improve On-Time Delivery (OTD), and reduce Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
• Support continuous improvement in forecasting and collaboration processes.
