Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with ERP software and strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word; able to sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Print and organize documents and work orders; coordinate with departments.
• Monitor due dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update schedule priorities and manage work order changes.
• Support cross-functional teams on-site and adapt to urgent obstacles.
