Sonaca North America is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to manage product deliveries and ensure effective communication with Customer Service Representatives and managers. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree and have a strong background in customer service within the aerospace sector. Responsibilities include coordinating orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving delivery-related issues. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' customer service experience in aerospace manufacturing or closely related industry.
• Proven understanding of process flows and lead-times in manufacturing.
• Capable of practical problem solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of products and communicate statuses to internal customers.
• Coordinate orders through the manufacturing process.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and process flow obstacles.

Skills

High school diploma or equivalency
