Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure timely product delivery and to communicate delivery plans to Customer Service and Delivery Assurance. You will be the main contact for internal customers in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, responding to inquiries, monitoring delivery risks, and maintaining schedules. Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of lean processes are essential for success in

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency preferred; pre-employment assessment if not.
Bachelor's or AA/AS in business, engineering, or materials management with 4+ years customer service in aerospace manufacturing, or high school with 6+ years.
Strong communication, time management, and customer relationship skills; independent and team capable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct internal and external customer orders through the manufacturing process.
Respond to delivery- or product-related inquiries with operations, shipping, and quality.
Daily engagement with Delivery Assurance Manager to identify delivery risks and status.
Identify obstacles, resolve impediments, and escalate when needed.
Maintain delivery schedules and communicate clear statuses to upstream customers.
Work with site operations to ensure stable workflow and stock management.
Schedule production using site scheduling tools and coordinate with master schedulers.
