Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead development, release and maintenance of program master schedules and related operating schedules. You will coordinate Sales, Inventory and Operations planning, capacity reviews and scheduling team activities to ensure feasible production and on-time customer commitments.

The role requires a Master’s degree in business or industrial engineering, at least five years of scheduling experience, and ERP/MRP expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Five years production scheduling experience required.
• Aerospace industry knowledge preferred; APICS Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Production Operations, Production Control, Scheduling, Distribution, Inventory Management, ROP and MRP is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience required.
• Coordinate master schedules and functional operating schedules with plant personnel.
• Incorporate material and plant fabrication lead times and capacity inputs into schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory and Operations planning to ensure feasible manufacturing throughput.
