Job summary

Sonaca North America seeks a Delivery Coordinator to ensure timely product delivery and to keep Customer Service Representatives and the Delivery Assurance Manager informed of statuses and plans. You will be the main contact for internal customers and collaborate across operations.

You will coordinate orders, respond to inquiries, and help identify risks while supporting lean process improvements and cost reductions. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ customer service experience in aerospace manufacturing or closely related industry (AA/AS or higher).
• Experience interpreting information and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external customer orders through manufacturing processes.
• Answer delivery or product inquiries with operations, shipping, and quality teams.
• Engage daily with Delivery Assurance Manager to identify risks and status.
• Identify bottlenecks and participate in lean/conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure timely delivery schedules and communicate status to customers.
