Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to verify and record outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. You will compare information against bills of lading, invoices, and orders, ensure accuracy, and maintain records.

Responsibilities include moving parts to shipping, verifying counts and packaging, using a computer for part marks, operating a printer, and loading crates for transport. Strong organization and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ years related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Must be very well organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Reference customer specifications and QAPs.
• Move parts from production to shipping areas.
• Read work orders and verify counts.
• Examine parts for defects.
• Set up part mark information on computer.
• Operate video jet ink printer for part-marking.
• Package parts per specifications and ship.
• Load packaged parts into crates and transport to trucks.
