The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking a Sr. Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for a top-tier client in the aerospace sector.

The role is based in Bothell, WA and supports OFCCP-aligned processes, with potential for contract-long term engagement. You will source, assess, and close candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other tools, while coordinating with hiring leaders and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years, with preference for 10+ years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, talent assessment, process management, offer extension, and offer closure.
• Proficiency with Internet software, HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Greenhouse is nice to have.
• Experience creating Interview Plans and managing legally defensible selection processes in alignment with OFCCP and other protocols.
• Experience with OFCCP, EEOC, talent assessment methods, and selling the candidate.
• Experience managing external recruiting agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
• Experience managing service level agreements with internal clients and hiring leaders.
• Ability and willingness to work outside of core business hours as required.

Responsabilités

• Manages all full life cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, talent assessment, process management, offer extension, and offer closure.
• Develops and executes recruiting plans with hiring leaders to exceed direct source hiring goals.
• Leads innovative sourcing plans including cold calling, social media campaigns, and targeting organizations.
• Directs recruiting programs at universities, alumni groups, organizations, and events.
• Assesses applicants against ideal candidate profile and recommends short lists of qualified candidates to hiring leaders.
• Leads talent assessment and selection process including creating Interview Plans in Greenhouse.
• Manages weekly recruiting meetings with active hiring leaders to ensure alignment.
• Manages workload and talent in Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other tools as needed.
• Maintains accurate weekly req report and other reporting as needed.
• Manages external recruiting agencies and spearheads service level agreements commitments with leaders.
