Job summary

You will bridge customers, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to develop opportunities and proposals, leveraging elastomer solutions and regulated industry know-how. The role requires 5–10 years of sales or engineering experience, a 4-year degree, and readiness for extensive North American travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 Year College degree in Business or Engineering.
• 5–10 years of sales or engineering experience in related field.
• Strong technical aptitude; able to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities in Aerospace, Defense, Space, Naval, and Industrial markets.
• Build relationships with engineering, sourcing, program management, and executives.
• Develop strategic account plans for key growth customers.
• Translate technical requirements into quotations and proposals.
• Travel up to 50-60% across North America for customer visits and events.
