Job summary

PacAero Mission is seeking a Sales Manager – Aerospace & Defense to drive profitable growth for our hermetic sealing products. This hands-on role combines business development, account management, technical selling, contract negotiation, and sales forecasting across aerospace and defense customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sales, business development, or strategic account management experience.
• Experience selling into the aerospace and defense industry.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating aerospace and defense contracts.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and qualify, nurture, and close new leads.
• Expand existing customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate aerospace and defense contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and reconcile Salesforce data with ERP systems.
• Manage NEPOs and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, finance, and customer service.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
