Job summary

EnerSys's Precision Power Solutions (PPS) invites a Project Manager to drive engineering and development programs for high‑tech energy systems used in aerospace and defense. You will partner with production, design, and customers to achieve on-time, on-budget results.

The role demands 5+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Some positions require ITAR compliance; a proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in engineering, program/project management, or government contract administration.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and control programs to meet financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across production and design with emphasis on short- and long-term strategies.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, and schedule to meet milestones.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and document lessons learned.
