Job summary

Precision Power Solutions (PPS) is a specialized division of EnerSys, focused on advanced energy solutions for aerospace, defense, and medical applications. The Project Manager will lead engineering programs, oversee scope, cost, and schedule, and ensure customer satisfaction across all project phases.

You will drive collaboration across production and design teams, manage risks, and report program status to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of demonstrated knowledge, education, and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Program/Project Management, Government Contract Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control programs to achieve financial, delivery, schedule, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Manage changes to scope, cost, schedule, resources, and program performance using established project management processes.
• Coordinate priorities and balance short-term execution requirements with long-term program and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and cultivate a collaborative, team-based culture through effective integrated product teams.
• Ability to clearly communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations to executives, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish effective working relationships with internal and external customers and balance competing priorities and requirements.
• Analyze complex requirements, identify issues, facilitate resolution, and develop practical win-win solutions.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate productive meetings and issue-resolution sessions.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks.
• Prioritize competing demands, coordinate resources, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines.
• Document lessons learned, participate in performance reviews, and identify opportunities to improve program execution.
• Contribute to corporate business development activities and support strategic customer initiatives.
