Job summary

EnerSys Precision Power Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive programs from initiation through delivery. The role emphasizes achieving financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives while supporting production and design/development projects.

The ideal candidate brings a PMP and at least five years in engineering or government-contract environments, with strong communication and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in Engineering, Program/Project Management, Government Contract Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred; experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government-contract environments is valued.
• Experience with production and quality metrics, earned value management, and program financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control programs across all phases.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, resources, and program performance using PM processes.
• Coordinate priorities and balance short-term execution with long-term goals.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, mitigate risks and drive issue resolution.
• Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
