Job summary

Precision Power Solutions (PPS), a division of EnerSys, is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end purchasing for PPS operations and DOE grant projects. You will ensure timely procurement, supplier oversight, and material availability while meeting cost, quality, and performance targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience, 3+ years in procurement, and strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience managing purchase orders, requisitions, supplier communications, and order status.
• Experience sourcing and purchasing components, raw materials, equipment, tools, or other technical products.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems or procurement software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement for PPS operations and DOE grant projects.
• Ensure timely procurement execution and supplier oversight.
• Maintain material availability while meeting cost, quality, and performance targets.
• Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure order accuracy.
