Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is seeking a Project Manager in Irvine, CA to lead assigned aerospace and defense projects, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure performance against milestones. The role requires a strong project-management discipline and experience in both R&D and production environments.

You will report to the Program Manager, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive execution from kickoff to closeout in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Must have aerospace or defense contractor industry experience.
• 5+ years as a Project Engineer/PM overseeing project execution.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and budgets from kickoff to close-out.
• Manage and coordinate with key stakeholders for project success.
• Interface with clients and relevant staff to maintain alignment.
• Support Master Phasing Schedules, Program Execution Schedule, Staffing Plan.
• Report all project aspects directly to the Program Manager.
