Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead Portland, OR-based programs on-site. You will guide engineering, schedule, and budget processes, coordinate client interactions, and manage staffing and cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Ideal candidates bring API-level leadership, LRIP-to-production transition experience, and strong EVM skills, with ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and business development.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Critical Chain Project Management, Earned Value and other project controls methods as they pertain to the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Experience across the product lifecycle.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering functions.
• Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare program execution plans, schedules, and budgets from concept to manufacturing and delivery.
• Interface with clients and staff; manage subcontractors and staffing plans.
• Lead engineering activities and coordinate functional program teams.
