DZYNE Technologies in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for UAS Manufacturing to lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and drive hardware into production. The role requires strong program management, cross-functional leadership across Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, plus experience in Aerospace/Defense manufacturing.

You will coordinate schedules, manage risks, and ensure resource planning and milestone achievement while delivering on-time

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in Project Management or related roles driving hardware to production.
Lead manufacturing readiness plans, schedules, and integrated execution strategies for new product introduction programs.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Experience in Aerospace/Defense manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development of manufacturing readiness plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Facilitate large team planning sessions to establish scope, dependencies, resource requirements, and milestones.
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules; identify critical path and risks.
Conduct project risk analysis and drive mitigation actions.
Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
