Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web channels.
• Prepare quotations for standard and custom products.
• Enter and process orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and shipping for delivery timing.
• Maintain records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
• Support distributor accounts with pricing, availability, and orders.
• Travel occasional for trade shows or customer visits.
