The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service and leadership, a related bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and a track record of process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service or customer support experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
• Aviation, aerospace, distribution, or aftermarket service experience mandatory.
• Proven ability to implement significant process improvements.
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Demonstrated ability to increase team productivity and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives and staff.
• Establish customer service goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and aviation industry regulations.
• Prepare reports and leadership reviews and manage staffing and coaching.
