Job summary

Safran Group in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Customer Support Representative to manage aftermarket repair orders, communicate with customers and internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery of aerospace services.

You will process quotes, track orders in SAP, coordinate with logistics and repair shops, and uphold export controls and aviation quality standards while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or related field.
• 4–6 years in aviation aftermarket or aerospace logistics, handling accounts and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on MRO parts, quotations, pricing, lead times, and delivery status.
• Process orders, RFQs, and repair requests in ERP/CRM systems promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics, planning, repair shops, and QA to fulfill customer needs.
• Monitor progress, communicate delays, and provide regular updates.
• Ensure export compliance and adherence to contracts and aviation standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain records.
