Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Aerospace Customer Success / Account Manager in Cincinnati, OH. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, handling RFQs, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Sales to obtain pricing and lead times, and preparing accurate quotations in the ERP system.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, sales operations, order management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with an ERP or comparable business system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customer requests while maintaining accuracy.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, follow-through, and ability to work independently.
• Aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, tooling, technical industry, quoting, order management, or international customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Review and process customer RFQs, including drawings, specifications, quality requirements, terms, historical pricing, and costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to obtain pricing, technical information, approvals, and lead times.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations and maintain pricing and quote activity within the ERP system.
• Review purchase orders against quotations, resolve discrepancies, enter sales orders, and issue order acknowledgements.
• Monitor orders through fulfillment and proactively communicate schedule changes, delivery risks, and potential delays.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, invoices, products, technical questions, delivery status, and service needs.
• Own customer issues through resolution, including technical concerns, product damage, missing parts, warranty requests, documentation issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
