Karman Space & Defense is seeking a customer service professional to manage inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with production and shipping. You will maintain accurate order information, generate work orders, and support dealer applications and payment terms.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork. Candidates should have at least a year of customer service experience and strong MS Office skills. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Adobe and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsabilités

• Responds to customer inquiries and provides product and order information.
• Receives and processes customer orders, including webstore orders.
• Generates work orders and packing slips and delivers them to production.
• Coordinates with production and shipping teams to support order status and follow‑up.
• Maintains logs of incoming orders and reports totals to designated personnel.
• Processes dealer applications to establish ordering and payment terms.
• Monitors and maintains marketing policies, price lists, and product updates related to purchasing and payment terms.
• Collaborates with accounting to determine order release status.
• Participates in mailings, initial contact packages, catalogs, press releases, and related correspondence.
• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
