Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Business or related field required.
• 5+ years related experience; 3+ years in management.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense order management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service Administration team.
• Manage order administration and contract terms.
• Track metrics to meet annual operating plan.
• Escalation point for team guidance and resolution.
• Ensure end-to-end order-to-delivery process efficiency.
• Communicate Voice of the Customer for improvements.
