Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a CSR / Sales Support Specialist (Aerospace) in Commerce, CA to provide data entry, quotation support, and documentation for the Customer Service and Sales teams. The role focuses on accurate order entry and maintaining customer records in ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data entry or sales support, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in data entry, sales support, customer service, or admin roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain customer orders, quotations, and pricing data in ERP systems
• Prepare and process customer quotes and proposals
• Enter, update, and track purchase orders, RFQs, and sales docs
• Maintain sales records, spreadsheets, and reports
• Support CSRs with data accuracy and completeness
• Navigate customer portals for orders and RFQs
• Track order status and assist with shipment updates
• Assist Accounting with invoicing and Pro Forma docs
• Identify data discrepancies and report to internal teams
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with standards
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency
