The role involves leading complex proposals and coordinating with Business Development, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to protect company interests and drive successful outcomes. You will interpret OEM quotes, administer contracts, and serve as the primary contract contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive contracts administration experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial and government contracts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead complex proposals and contract activities, collaborating with Business Development, Finance, Engineering, and Quality.
• Interpret medium to large OEM quotes and administer contracts independently.
• Act as the primary contact for contract-related matters and monitor performance against milestones.
• Provide documentation, facilitate negotiations, and drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery and customer satisfaction.
