AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Contracts Administrator II for a direct hire role in Oxnard, CA. You will manage customer contracts from review to execution, support complex proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance across commercial and government programs in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, ITAR knowledge, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Manage customer contracts in an aerospace and defense environment.
• Support complex proposal and contract activities involving commercial and government agreements.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and protect company contractual interests.
• Monitor contract performance, compliance, documentation, and risk.
• Must meet ITAR requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer customer contracts from review through execution and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Interpret medium to large OEM quotes and identify contractual requirements, obligations, risks, and business impacts.
• Support complex proposals, contract activities, negotiations, amendments, and related customer communications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related matters with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate contract documentation, files, records, and compliance materials.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and operations teams to support customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and contractual compliance.
