This role focuses on managing the full contract lifecycle, supporting proposals, and ensuring compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in contracts administration, experience negotiating commercial and government contracts, ITAR requirements, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of progressive contracts administration experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial and government contracts.
• Must meet ITAR requirements and pass background/drug screening.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage customer contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle.
• Review, interpret, and support negotiation of customer agreements, OEM quotations, and contract terms.
• Support proposal development, bid activity, contract documentation, and internal approval processes.
• Monitor contract performance, compliance requirements, deliverables, and customer obligations.
• Identify contractual risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions and customer requirements.
