Job summary

Ducommun is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, engineering, skilled-trades, and corporate roles while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

The ideal candidate has aerospace or advanced manufacturing recruiting experience and can quickly establish credibility with managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled-trades talent.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer-negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to learn quickly in contract environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Support multiple open requisitions while maintaining pipelines and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Recruit for roles including engineering, CNC machining, manufacturing, production, quality, inspection, maintenance, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
