Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or administration.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS government regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field.
• Experience drafting and reviewing a variety of government and commercial agreements.
• Ability to facilitate work across teams and multiple leadership levels, as well as customer/supplier contacts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a broad portfolio of government and commercial agreements (MSAs, subcontracts, NDAs, etc.).
• Administer contracts through intake, execution, performance, modification, renewal, and closeout.
• Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contractual issues.
• Maintain contract databases with key dates, parties, obligations, and scope.
• Track deadlines to ensure timely performance and compliance.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks; improve contracting processes.
• Support proposals by reviewing solicitation documents and flagging negotiation points.
• Perform special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
