Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Legal Department in Playa Vista, CA. You will manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, drafting and reviewing agreements while ensuring policy compliance.

This role collaborates with Business Development, Mission Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to streamline contracting processes and support proposals. A detail-oriented, team-focused professional with 5+ years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management or related field.
• Understanding of government contracts (FAR/DFARS).
• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related discipline.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial and government agreements.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and leadership levels.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a broad portfolio of government and commercial agreements.
• Administer contracts through intake, execution, performance, renewal and closeout.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and customers, suppliers, and government counters.
• Maintain databases with key dates, obligations, and deliverables.
• Track deadlines to ensure timely performance and compliance.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms.
• Support proposal and bid activities by reviewing solicitation documents.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
