Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years of continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, operations, or related role.
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills.
• Applicant must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and monitor key performance metrics, measurements, methodologies, and performance targets.
• Establish, document, and maintain standardized processes that support continuous improvement and best business practices.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track project milestones, monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate results to leadership.
• Research, analyze, and review operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and coordinate technology-based solutions where appropriate.
