Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years of continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, operations, or related role.
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills.
• Applicant must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and review operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and coordinate technology-based solutions where appropriate.

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with functional departments and cross-functional teams to document processes, design methods to determine improvement opportunities, proposing, testing and implementing improvements to those processes to support institutional effectiveness.
