Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace Inc in Red Oak, TX is seeking an Engineer-Manufacturing 3 (Bond) to lead manufacturing support for composite bonding processes on site. You will help develop manufacturing plans, apply DFMA, and drive continuous improvement with production teams.

You will resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent defects, while working closely with engineers and operators to ensure quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
• 6–9 years of related experience, aerospace composites preferred.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident per ITAR guidelines.
• On-site at Red Oak, TX facility.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing production of composite components and assemblies to meet schedule.
• Analyze designs in NPI and recommend design improvements.
• Develop manufacturing plans with operation sequences, tooling, and QA plans.
• Lead continuous/process improvement initiatives using lean principles.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to production to resolve issues and drive containment.
